The MultiMix 6FX is a 6-channel portable mixer with a 28-bit digital effects processor. There are two XLR (and ¼" TRS) preamp channels with up to 50dB of gain and +48V phantom power as well as two stereo ¼" line level channels (2 x 2 = 4 more channels). This adds up to 6 input channels.
The XLR inputs allow you to use any condenser mic that requires power. Each of these channels has a 75Hz Highpass filter that is used to remove the low rumble and other non-usuable sounds. These low frequencies can take up much of the power amp's bandwidth. Each of these channels also have an attenuator for adjusting the input level so you don't over or under drive the preamp.
