I purchased a HU and the install kit thru them , however i had to call to see why the item
wasnt shipped. When i did i spoke to someone who was really helpful and explained that the
kit had to be ordered and if i wanted to wait i could , or she could just ship me what they had
and she would update the order. I went with the later and they confirmed the item was
shipped right over the phone.I would so far highly recommend this merchant , now all i have
to wait for is my stereo which i do belive will be great.

This is my third time ordering from Hookedontronics and I have always had a great
experience. They always seem to have the lowest price and on top of that they e-mail you
coupons to make it lower. The products I have recievd were always brand new in the box and
no problems.

The order shipped out the next day with a valid tracking number. No reason to complain, and
seemed to be the best company on pricegrabber based on others reviews of the company.
Unit was new in box as described. Never had to contact the company for any reason. Ground
shipping thru UPS made it in 4 days including day of order!

The descriptions about the speakers I was searching for, was not clear. I needed Marine
Speakers and I had to chat with one of your assitants three times because in some cases it
was not stated that the subwoofers were new or refurbished. Also in teh description of some
of the speakers did not mention that they were for marine aplication. I was very pleased with
the help I received from your assistant Tracy, whom I chatted with.

shipping was a little slow ( 8 business days) and box was beat up by ups but packed well
enough with packing peanuts to avoid damage to product inside, possibly could have been
labeled fragile electronics for better handling. Otherwise the cheapest price and one of very
few vendors to carry a hard to find part locally or on the web. :-)

I initially had a lot of confusion to buy from this store or not as this store is not as famous as
buy.com or amazon.com. But i was wrong. All the certificates on the website was my first
good impression of the site. And then i placed an order and was delivered promptly. I got
Pioneer Deh-p4900ib from this store. Rate was also good.
I actually changed my mind and thought of postponing the purchase. I called up the store to
cancel and the lady in the shipping spoke very nicely to me and convinced me to keep the
